2. Tips are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once submitted.

3. TipPay are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between you 'the customer', and those who served you.

4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service at any time without notice.

Please note that the above terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, here are some additional points to consider.

1. We will distribute the tips either directly to the person who served you, as well as adhering to the restaurants policy on sharing any tips.

2. The tips will be distributed in the same currency as they were submitted in unless otherwise stated.

3. All tips will be distributed through PayPal

4. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise with the distribution of tips.

Our website allows your guests or viewers tip you for the service you provide and/or content that you create. Through presentation of a QR code or link you customer can tip you an amount of their choosing within accepted norms.

By using TipPay to accept tips you agree to the following terms.

1.TipPay is responsible for collecting and distributing tips made through the platform.

2. TipPay will ensure that tips are distributed to the intended recipients in a timely & accurate manner.

3. The company will adhere to all relevant laws & regulations regarding the collection & distribution of tips.

4. Whilst we make it possible for a guest or customer to tip, TipPay are not liable to pay out tips not received

5. TipPay reserves the right to modify or terminate its' service at any time without notice.

6. All tips & commissions will be paid out every Wednesday regardless is an incoming tip has not yet arrived at our bank.

7. Any percentage of tips split to BOH will be by mutual consent between employee and employer.

8. All decisions are final.
